Sponsorship Opportunities

Annual Meeting – The annual meeting is the premier Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce event.  Over the course of a gourmet lunch, members will review the previous year’s annual report, receive a “State of the Chamber” address by the Chamber President, welcome the incoming Board Chair, and honor the past year’s outstanding volunteers.

Attended by more than 400 members, this event provides sponsors maximum exposure for their business. Sponsorships include title sponsor, supporting sponsor and corporate tables.

Good Morning Flagstaff (February, May, August, November) – “Good Morning Flagstaff” is a speed networking event that provides businesses the opportunity to meet dozens of new prospects in a matter of minutes.  This facilitated networking event has proved to be one of the most popular among members, with general attendance at about 100 people.  During the program participants will have the chance to “steal the spotlight” and highlight their business, win prizes, listen to community updates and be entertained, all while enjoying a delicious breakfast. Sponsorships include title sponsorship and table sponsorships.

"Business After 5" Mixers – Have a chance to show off your place of business during the Chamber’s monthly evening get-together. There are 10 opportunities throughout the year to host a business after-hours mixer.

Winterfest – Winterfest Flagstaff is a month-long celebration of winter that promotes the Flagstaff community and the activities it has to offer during this lively time of year. More than 100 events take place over the course of February with activities that appeal to everyone in the family.  Sponsorship of this festival goes directly towards the promotion and organization of the event activities.

Chamber Golf Classic – The Chamber’s Annual Golf Classic is held in the spring each year at Forest Highlands and typically at the exclusive Canyon course, rated #1 in Arizona.  Sponsorship fees directly help cover the costs for each player and help generate revenue in what is typically the Chamber’s largest annual fundraising event. Title sponsorship, shirt sponsorship, reception sponsorship, hole sponsorships and tee sponsorships available. 

Fourth of July Parade – The Chamber’s annual Fourth of July Parade has been hailed as northern Arizona’s premier event for Independence Day celebrations.  The parade has been attended by more than 10,000 people in each of the past several years.  Title sponsorship and block sponsorships available.

Grand Affair – The Business & Networking “Grand Affair” at Pine Canyon is an upscale, mini-fundraising event for the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce.  Open to members-only, this event attracts the maximum occupancy of 200 members, often with a waiting list.  Members enjoy live music, gourmet heavy hors d’oeuvres and a live auction all while networking in the gracious setting of the Pine Canyon Clubhouse. Title and supporting sponsorships available.

ATHENA Awards – Each year, the Chamber recognizes businesswomen for their professional success, commitment to the community and mentorship of other women. The recipient of the traditional ATHENA Award and the newer Young Professional Award are honored at an elegant dinner that draws about 300 people. McCoy Motors has been the title sponsor and main partner in this effort for the past two decades. Supporting sponsorships are available.

Northern Lights Holiday Parade – Thousands come out to see the Historic Downtown sparkle with holiday lights during the annual Chamber Northern Lights Holiday Parade. Title and supporting sponsorships help fund this event that draws thousands to our city.
